As referenced in the MagnifyFund Client Agreement, we collect management fees on a daily basis through our Automatic Payment program. This authorization form gives us permission to process debits to your business debit card / business checking account without you having to worry about writing and mailing checks.

Users: Flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your Credit Card Security Code.
